A leading flexible packaging company is seeking a Roll-to-Roll Process Trainer responsible for developing and delivering training programs for the Printing, Laminating, and Slitting departments. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the flexible packaging industry and strong mechanical aptitude. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $26.00 – $40.00 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a machine operator, preferably printing press.
• Proven ability to lead by example.
• Excellent work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training on key processes and machinery.
• Develop and evaluate training programs for best practices.
• Monitor and assess employee performance against KPIs.
