Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is seeking a dedicated Press Room Operator to support our print manufacturing operations. You will maintain paper roll inventory on presses, order paper, and set up splicer for continuous feed, ensuring smooth production lines.

This role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to work 10–12 hour shifts. Experience in printing is preferred, and you will enter shop floor data into the computer and assist as a second press operator when needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have some printing experience.
• Minimum 1-year Press Room experience.
• Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions.
  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of standing while setting up and operating equipment.
• Continuously bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
