Ferrandino & Son Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Roll-Off Driver to swap dumpsters, load box trucks, and operate light equipment in excavation settings.

A valid CDL, DOT medical card, and clean driving record are required, with safety and efficiency emphasized on every job. Responsibilities include delivering, operating equipment (Bobcat/Backhoe/Payloader), loading materials, and maintaining a tidy site while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Candidate must have min 1 year Equipment Operation skills - Bobcat, Backhoe, Payloader.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, irregular hours.
• Must possess the ability to operate a smart phone or tablet with email capabilities.
• Ability to stand, squat, sit, and walk interchangeably for long periods of time.
• Proficient with the use of various hand tools and common power tools.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Full time employment.

Responsabilités

• Perform regular dumpster swapping and box truck deliveries as needed.
• Operate and monitor equipment, including Bobcat, Backhoe, Payloader and other earth moving equipment.
• Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials as needed, excavate foundations, plant trees, etc.
• Execute machining tasks with precision, adhering to specifications and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.
• Crew members are also expected to provide manual labor and job site cleanup as part of daily activities.
