The role requires a valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean record, at least 1 year of roll-off experience, physical stamina, and strong safety and communication skills for coordination with dispatch and customers. You will conduct vehicle inspections, maintain logs, and assist with basic maintenance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport containers to designated locations.
• Ensure accurate placement of containers on customer sites based on specified instructions.
• Retrieve and load containers for transportation to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment.
• Secure loads and prevent spills or accidents.
• Follow routes and schedules to meet customer and operational demands.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Communicate service-related delays or issues to dispatch and customers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Maintain records of pickups, deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
