Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Roll Off Driver or in the waste management industry.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B or A with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with container sizes including 10–50 cubic yards.
• Knowledge of common container configurations such as open-top, compactor-ready, and sealed containers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport containers to designated locations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment.
• Secure loads and follow designated routes and schedules.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of pick-ups, deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Report maintenance needs to the maintenance department.
