Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Roll Off Driver to service customers by hauling waste and recycling materials, loading and securing containers, and maintaining clean equipment. You will drive a roll-off truck, follow safety regulations, and communicate with dispatch to coordinate daily routes.

This full-time role requires a Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and a valid US driver’s license. Candidates should be able to work nights/weekends as needed and operate safely in varying weather

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a map.
• Excellent truck driving and maneuvering skills.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers and dispatch.
• Must read and speak English well enough to follow directions and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck safely per regulations and company policy.
• Routinely enter/exit truck multiple times daily; hook/unhook containers.
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate work orders and service.
• Maintain route logs and complete pre/post trip inspections.
• Ensure proper load securement and container condition.
