Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of operation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements for CMV operators.
• Ability to read/write English and communicate with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and empty large containers for Waste Pro's commercial customers.
• Secure containers by attaching hooks and operate bed controls, straps, and tarps.
• Provide courteous, efficient customer service and answer questions.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and complete DVIR per safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean truck; inspect under hood and tires; document as required.
• Attend training courses and stay updated with current technology.
