Ideal Tridon Group in Ocala, FL is seeking a Roll Mill Operator on the 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate production machines, handle parts, and perform quality checks in a non-climate-controlled environment.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 12:00am, with a $25.00 hourly rate plus a $1.00 shift differential. Candidates must have a high school diploma and be willing to train on hi-lo forklift and pass drug/background checks.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of solid experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.

Position Summary

Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting that may include dust and debris and can be loud at times. Perform various tasks involved in Roll Mill operation including but not limited to setting up and operating machines, handling parts and materials, packing parts and other related activities using hand tools, various type of packing materials. Must follow all applicable safety procedures to avoid injuries including requests for help from co-workers. Proper handling of finished parts and products to avoid injuries or damage, follow all operational instructions when operating or using tools and equipment. Provide quality checks as determined. Job may require overtime and a flexible schedule, reporting early and working late, including weekends.
