Qualifications

• Must be able to perform complete setup and operational grinding tasks to meet customer specs and production requirements.
• Proficient in using measurement tools such as tape measures, micrometers, calipers, and profilometer.
• Comply with safety rules and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Set up grinder and determine tooling to Grind tooling per customer specs.
• Grind according to crown, finish, and minimum grind after removal of defects.
• Remove stock with proper identification and storage; maintain tooling life and records.
