Job summary

OmniMax in Lancaster, PA seeks a Roll Form Operator for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). You will load, set up, and run multi-station roll form machines to produce roof edges, soffit, and fascia caps.

Responsibilities include pre-forming cartons, labeling, inspecting quality, and assisting forklift operations. The role requires standing for the shift, lifting up to 85 lbs occasionally, and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Assist Forklift Driver to load coils
• Set up and operate roll form machine for various products
• Pre-form cartons and seal with appropriate tools
• Verify product and carton labels are correct
• Move finished cartons to storage or shipping areas
• Measure product quality and monitor for defects
• Notify Supervisor of production or quality issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
• Other duties as assigned by Leadership
