Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator to safely run roll formers, slitters, and shears, producing metal roofing and wall panels. Training occurs on 1st shift. The role includes operating a forklift, entering quantities, and ensuring quality and safety on the line.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with a $1 shift differential for the 2nd shift. Benefits, overtime opportunities, and a team-oriented environment are offered at this manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate a slitter and roll formers to produce metal panels.
• Visually inspect trims against specifications for quality.
• Enter production quantities into the computer system for each order.
• Move stock trims and metal coils with a forklift and maintain a neat workspace.
