Responsibilities

• Operate a cold strip rolling mill to meet thickness and property tolerances.
• Set up equipment and adjust rolls, guides, lubrication, speed, and pressure.
• Observe gauges and measurement devices to ensure quality material.
• Setup equipment and change rolls; keep accurate rolling logs and maintain a safe, clean mill area.
• Participate in safety teams and continuous improvement activities to reduce setup time and improve quality.
