Zobility is seeking a skilled Bracing Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain roll-forming equipment for shaping metal coils to precise profiles. You will install roller dies, adjust settings, monitor quality, and interpret blueprints to meet tight tolerances.

Responsibilities include production line operation, preventive maintenance, defect monitoring, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Requires 2 years of related experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of metal fabrication or roll-forming experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with SAP work orders and MES systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Install and adjust roller dies and setup tooling.
• Operate roll-forming line and monitor feed.
• Perform first-off inspections and measure parts.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot jams.
• Ensure safety protocols and lockout/tagout compliance.
