Job summary

Gorbel seeks a Roll Form Operator to ensure production quality on the roll forming line. You will set up tooling, perform line changeovers, and adjust equipment to meet print specifications, while maintaining safety standards and equipment maintenance logs.

You will read blueprints and basic sketches to fabricate metal components, operate with hand tools, and load/unload materials. Strong attention to tolerances and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in machine operation.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measure.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Dexterity with hand tools.
• Effective communication with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintains setup charts for all sets of roll form tooling.
• Performs tooling setup and line changeover on roll form machine to produce cross sections to print specs.
• Performs setup/equipment adjustments to maintain tolerances.
• Maintains log of maintenance on roll form line equipment.
• Reads basic blueprints and sketches to fabricate metal components.
• Operates equipment under strict safety requirements.
