Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Roll Former 3 in our Operations team in Ohio. The role focuses on bending, rolling, reaming, and shaping steel into parts, with emphasis on quality checks and paperwork accuracy. Applicants should have 1–3 years of manufacturing experience and the ability to read BOMs and operate related tools.

We expect basic math skills, proficiency with computers, and ability to follow safety policies. Overtime may be required; a HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and read simple instructions.
• Ability to write and read/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand BOMs and coil tags.
• Operate machine and troubleshoot as needed.
• Load steel, weld, and adjust straightener.
• Perform quality checks with gauges and tools.
• Keep work area clean and organized; label and paint parts as required.
• Complete paperwork accurately and use computer to document issues.
