Job summary

Gorbel is seeking a first shift machine operator in the United States to set up roll form tooling and perform line changeovers to meet print specifications. The role requires reading blueprints and tape measures, maintaining tooling logs, and operating equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will load and unload materials, adjust equipment, and collaborate with supervision to ensure tolerances are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in machine operation or related manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Must communicate effectively with factory supervision and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains setup charts for roll form tooling and performs line changeovers.
• Performs tooling setup and adjustments to meet print specs.
• Reads blueprints/sketches to fabricate metal components and ensures dimensional tolerances.
• Operates equipment safely and maintains maintenance logs.
• Loads/unloads materials and supports other duties as assigned by management.
