Gorbel, Inc. in Pell City, Alabama, is seeking a Roll Form Operator to join our manufacturing team on First Shift.

You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and changing over our roll forming line to produce cross sections per print specifications. You will read blueprints, use gauges and hand tools, operate band saws, drills and other equipment, and document maintenance while upholding strict safety standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years machine operation experience.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measure and blueprints.

Mansioni

• Sets up roll form tooling and performs line changeovers to meet print specs.
• Maintains equipment and logs maintenance activities.
• Reads blueprints and uses gauges to ensure tolerances.
• Operates band saws, drills, grinders and other tools, while following safety rules.
