Job summary

Ice Industries in Bowling Green, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance of roll-form machines and tooling, aiming to minimize downtime through proactive care and rapid response to quality or system failures.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild machinery, read blueprints and CAD data, and work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Strong teamwork and the ability to adapt to varying shifts are essential.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent plus formal training as a Maintenance Technician.
At least two years experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
Hands-on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatics experience in roll forming or metal stamping environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, maintain, and rebuild roll form machinery, tooling, and ancillary equipment.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure machine safety and quality outputs.
Read blueprints and accurately set and pin rolls to CAD data provided.
Layout rolls for grinding to within specified tolerances.
Assist with design changes for roll-forming machines and ancillary equipment.
Other duties as needed to support the plant.
