Job summary

TH Plastics, Inc. in Bowling Green, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair injection molding machines in its Bowling Green Molding Division.

The role requires reading schematics, wiring electrical circuits, and handling plumbing installations, with emphasis on hydraulic and electrical system knowledge. Overtime may be required on a 3rd shift on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year technical degree preferred in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Capable of wiring electrical circuits and plumbing installations.
• Experience in injection molding.
• Good communication and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair injection molding machines ranging from 80T to 1500T.
• Maintain all supporting equipment: conveyors, grinders, pneumatic systems, water heaters, etc.
• Troubleshoot robots, PLCs, and vision systems on auxiliary equipment.
• Read, understand and work from blueprints.
• Construct tooling for robots and manufacturing assembly equipment.
• Document all repairs and preventative maintenance to comply with TS/ISO requirements.
• Maintain clean work area.
• All other related duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

TH Plastics, Inc., is a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio Molding Division.

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for maintaining and repairing injection molding machines.

SCHEDULE

• 3rdShift (10:30pm-6:50am)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two-year technical degree in mechanical or electrical maintenance preferred
• Ability to read schematics
• Capable of wiring electrical circuits and performing plumbing installations
• Experience in Injection Molding
• Good communication and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Must be willing to work overtime when scheduled
• Previous experience or education in industrial hydraulics, electricity up to 480v, and machinery
• Regular on-site attendance
