Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in high-speed manufacturing.
• 1–2 year technical degree or trade certificate in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, drive mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on high-speed converting lines.
• Inspect and replace bearings, rollers, belts, gears, and drive components.
• Fabricate or machine components using shop tools (lathe, mill, welding).
• Conduct daily line checks to monitor machine health and prevent downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations for planned maintenance and handoffs.
