Amtraco, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for its Southeast Wisconsin coating and chemical mixing area on the 2nd shift. You will work with the team to sustain production operations, follow batch recipes, and ensure coating machines run smoothly.

This role emphasizes LEAN manufacturing principles, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn coating equipment and build production records; prior printing or machine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn operation of coating equipment.
• Understanding of LEAN manufacturing concepts.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform the work of a production worker in the chemical mixing area.
• Ensure coating machines are running properly with your printing or machine background.
• Follow recipes for mixing batch adhesives to create tape.
• Maintain production and material records.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage supplies and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to team effort and achieve related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
