Qualifications

• Rolex Certified Watchmaker designation required or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
• Prior watchmaking experience is required.
• 2-3 years of watchmaking experience preferred.
• WOSTEP/SAWTA/CW21 certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and servicing on mechanical and quartz watches.
• Complete full service and repairs on most Rolex models and calibers.
• Test timepieces for accuracy per Rolex standards.
• Ensure repair work meets Rolex quality requirements.
• Maintain records of serial numbers, model numbers and repair details.
• Uphold workshop quality control standards.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and servicing on both mechanical and quartz watches
• Complete full service and repairs on most Rolex models and calibers
• Test timepieces for accuracy and performance according to Rolex standards
• Ensure all repair work meets or exceeds Rolex quality requirements
• Maintain accurate records of serial numbers, model numbers, and repair details
• Uphold exceptional quality control and workshop standards

Required Qualifications

• Rolex Certified Watchmaker
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Prior watchmaking experience required
• Preferred 2-3 years of watchmaking experience
• WOSTEP, SAWTA, and/or CW21 certification preferred
• Ability to work independently while maintaining exact quality standards

Compensation & Benefits
