Cloudberry is seeking a Role Player Manager to lead its National Training Center Role Player Task Order. The Role Player Manager will:

• Lead the National Training Center Role Player Task Order, ensuring realistic training conditions for rotations at the National Training Center.
• Oversee the performance of work in support of 9 training rotations involving up to 150 contracted role players.
• Be available during hours of on-site contract operations, between 0800 to 1600 hours Monday through Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of NTC Role Player management experience.
• Background and knowledge of military operations.
• Ability to gain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
