Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Role Player to serve as the on-site team leader for military training exercises in Southern California. You will ensure the role player team arrives prepared, performs to standard, and operates safely.

The role requires a minimum of two years in role-playing for special operations training, an active SECRET clearance, strong leadership, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Travel to multiple training sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum two consecutive years as a role player supporting special operations training.
• Familiarity with receiving, accounting, inventory, and control procedures for sensitive equipment and weapons.
• Active SECRET clearance maintained throughout employment.
• Proven leadership and clear verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check and high-risk training suitability screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for training staff before, during, and after each exercise.
• Coordinate with training staff on scenarios, schedules, staffing, and logistics; attend evolution briefs.
• Brief, assign, and direct the role player team to stay on script, on schedule, and safe.
• Receive, inventory, and account for government equipment including small arms and ammunition.
• Manage adjustments due to weather, delays, or other changes; report incidents promptly.
