• Logs and processes ROI requests in ROI/AMIE systems for tracking and audit trails.
• Responds to inquiries from patients and visitors regarding services and forms.
• Reviews health records to identify material for copying or electronic release under authorization.
• Composes explanations and responses, arranging information clearly and accurately.
• Handles Social Security health information requests and uploads documents to secure portals.
