Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests accurately and efficiently.
• Retrieve and compile medical records from EMR systems.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance when handling PHI.
• Pull and generate reports as needed.
• Perform administrative functions related to ROI processing.
• Maintain organized documentation and tracking of requests.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare staff, patients, and requestors.
• Provide coverage support when onsite staff are out.
