Job summary

SchooLinks is seeking a passionate Event Coordinator to join its rapidly growing Marketing team in Austin. You will report to the VP of Marketing, own the execution of events from small district gatherings to large conferences, and collaborate across sales, demand gen, and enablement to drive ROI.

As an early member of the marketing team, you’ll balance strategy with hands-on delivery, manage logistics for trade shows, webinars, and live or virtual events, and travel to 3-5 events per quarter.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of events logistics and execution experience (SaaS strongly preferred).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with logistically complex in-person and virtual events.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for generating ROI from our event spend.
• Manage events logistics for trade shows, Lunch and Learns, webinars, conferences, etc.
• Travel to 3-5 events each quarter to manage logistics and insights.
• Handle event registrations, swag inventory, shipping, and lead capture.
• Execute event communications including landing pages and follow-up.
• Support territory planning with Sales and align marketing within region.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen and Sales Enablement for KPI optimization.
• Create event project plans and monitor deliverables, risks, and budgets.
• Measure tangible and intangible outcomes at all events.
• Track lead flow and ensure timely follow-ups across channels.
