Job summary

Imperial Companies in Rogersville, MO is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair vending, coffee, and related equipment at client locations. We provide training, and prior repair experience is helpful but not required.

This full-time, day-shift role offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, AFLAC, 401k, vacation and holidays. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required to ensure safe, professional transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose and repair vending, coffee, coolers at client locations.
• Install and remove company equipment at client locations.
• Refurbish and restore company equipment.
• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company vehicle.
• Inspect parts for wear and defects; replace as needed and test operation.
• Review inventory, order parts, and manage equipment shipments.
• Prepare machines for installation and assist in installations.
• Set up and operate tools for machine repair.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Operate company-provided vehicle professionally.
• Other duties may be assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We will Train! Experience is great in the following areas: Maintenance, repair, technician, refrigeration, HVAC, etc. But again - Not necessary - We will train.

• Maintain, diagnose and repair company equipment: vending, coffee, coolers, etc located at our client locations.


• Installation and removal of company equipment from client locations.


• Refurbish and restore company equipment.


• Responds to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company-owned vehicle.


• Visually inspects and listens to machines to locate causes of malfunctions, dismantles machines to gain access to problem area, and completes repairs.


• Inspects parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems, removes and replaces worn or defective parts, repairs broken parts, realigns and adjusts components, tests machine operation following repair.


• Reviews inventory and orders parts, ships and receives machines and maintains equipment inventory.


• Prepares machines for installation at accounts, assists in installations and removals.


• Sets up and operates mechanical equipment and small hand tools (e.g., drills, grinders welding torches) for machine repair.


• Maintain clean and safe work environment; performs job safely.


• Operate company-provided vehicle in a professional manner, following all safety procedures.


• Other duties may be assigned.

This is a full time job Monday thru Friday, a rotational schedule to cover weekend service calls.
