You will set up machines, perform preventative maintenance, and travel to client locations, with on-call rotations including evenings and weekends. This role requires physical work in varied environments and strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

This position is responsible for daily service calls and issues with vending and other assets - Providing World Class Service to our team and customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Attend to service calls to diagnose and repair issues
• Setup of machines and ensure they are working properly
• Preventative Maintenance
• Improve & Maintain Client Relations by providing excellent service

• Parts and tool inventories
• Lifting, using tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, drive company vehicles

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Relevant work experience is a plus, but we will train
• Background in small appliance repair or electrical knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to work in non-climate controlled shop environment
• Willingness to traveling to client locations to service equipment and installs
