Read the room to pace courses, time refills, and anticipate needs. Knowledge of the menu—pizzas, apps, pastas, seasonal features, and house beers—helps you suggest perfect pairings and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the guest experience: warm welcome, confident recommendations, memorable table touches.
• Read the room: pace courses, time refills, and anticipate needs.
• Know the menu: pizzas, apps, pastas, seasonal features, and house beers.
• Sell through service: suggest pairings and samples.
• Keep it tight: pre-bus, reset, verify orders, and close the loop on every request.
• Fix the issue & the feeling: use RHYTHM recovery steps to turn misses into wow.
• Play as a team: assist with running food and expo handoffs during rush.
