Job summary

FPACP BEECHNUT LLC is seeking a Screening Associate to facilitate the COVID-19 screening process for team members and visitors. You will maintain confidentiality and supervise resident visits, while engaging with residents and families in a respectful manner.

The role requires clear communication, ability to follow instructions, and regular attendance. Weekend, evening, and holiday coverage may be required in a non-exempt position.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents and family members.
• Capable of performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Maintain regular attendance per facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Screen employees and visitors for potential exposure to COVID-19.
• Maintain the confidentiality of COVID-19 screening records.
• Supervise visits with residents.
• Communicate with residents and family members in a professional manner.
• Assist with other clerical duties.
• Maintain regular attendance as assigned.
