Angry Chickz in Rocklin, CA is seeking a friendly Cashier to welcome guests, take orders, handle payments, and keep the front counter tidy. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through the menu and promoting daily specials.

This fast-paced role requires accurate cash handling, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends. Previous cashier experience is a plus; uniform and safety shoes are provided.

Your Role

As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience by offering a warm welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring a swift and accurate transaction.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information.
• Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
• Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
• Bag and wrap to-go orders
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Work Attire:

Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non-slip shoes required by safety department.

Language Ability:

Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English. Able to read English. Ability to read/speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory.
