Job summary

Angry Chickz is seeking a friendly Cashier to be the first point of contact for guests, greeting customers, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring fast, accurate transactions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the dining experience with a warm welcome and attentive service.

Responsibilities include taking orders, communicating special requests, handling cash and card payments, maintaining a clean front counter, and coordinating with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

• Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
• Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
• Bag and wrap to-go orders
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Work Attire:

Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non-slip shoes required by safety department.

Language Ability:

Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English. Able to read English. Ability to read/speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory.
