Job summary

Angry Chickz in Rocklin, CA is seeking a cashier to be the first point of contact for customers. You will warmly greet guests, guide them through the menu, take accurate orders, and ensure swift, accurate transactions.

You will balance the register, address inquiries professionally, and help keep the front counter clean. The role supports a positive dining experience with teamwork across the FOH staff.

Your Role:

As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience by offering a warm welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring a swift and accurate transaction.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information.
• Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
• Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
• Bag and wrap to-go orders
• Performs other related duties as assigned
