Job summary

Angry Chickz is seeking a cashier to be the first point of contact with customers. You will warmly greet guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure quick, accurate transactions that reflect excellent service.

Responsibilities include taking orders, relaying dietary needs to the kitchen, balancing the register, addressing questions professionally, and supporting the front-of-house team to create a positive dining experience. Flexibility for weekends is required.

Your Role:

As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience by offering a warm welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring a swift and accurate transaction.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information.
• Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
• Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
• Bag and wrap to-go orders
• Performs other related duties as assigned
