United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Process Development Engineer focused on BUILD RELIABILITY. The role drives nonconforming hardware handling, configuration control, and product traceability while improving data integrity and rocket reusability.

The engineer collaborates across Engineering, Production, ERP, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient, compliant processes and measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience developing or improving ERP-related processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve business processes and policies for production systems.
• Develop business use cases and software requirements for ERP improvements.
• Execute software tasks including scripts, front/back end development, and SQL queries.
