Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking highly skilled technicians to refurbish and assemble rocket boosters, stack rockets, and operate precision tooling on the Space Coast. You will contribute to launch readiness by handling avionics, hydraulics, and propulsion components with strict adherence to safety and procedures.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on mechanical or electrical experience in aerospace or related industries, with the ability to follow complex work instructions and document results meticulously.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Relevant mechanical and/or electrical experience in aerospace, automotive, or oil and gas equipment.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish rocket boosters, including removing and installing engines, avionics, hydraulics, actuators, valves, body panels and other aerospace components.
• Assemble rockets by stacking boosters, upper stages, and payloads.
• Operate sophisticated tooling and move fixtures and tooling into position safely.
• Move rockets to the launch pad and integrate them with launch systems.
• Fabricate tooling, harnesses, and other equipment as needed.
