Job summary

Blue Origin seeks skilled Launch Technicians to refurbish, assemble, and test rocket hardware for New Glenn at the Space Coast, FL facility. You will work on boosters, payloads, and ground systems, following rigorous procedures and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, or fluid‑system experience and the ability to operate precision tooling. Applicants should be prepared for overtime and travel up to 10% for training as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience with mechanical and/or electrical work on aerospace, automotive, or oil/gas equipment.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish rocket boosters: remove/install engines, avionics, hydraulics, actuators, valves, body panels.
• Assemble rockets by stacking boosters, upper stages, and payloads.
• Operate tooling and move fixtures into position.
• Assist with launch vehicle integration and ground operations.
• Follow safety procedures and document work accurately.
