Job summary

The Corporate in Rochester, MN is seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources to lead employee relations and recruiting while ensuring compliance with policies and applicable federal and state employment regulations. This role supports business leaders, manages HR staff, and drives HR initiatives that foster a positive and compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience.
• Experience in recruiting and employee relations.
• Leadership experience managing HR staff.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience handling employee counseling, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and procedures for employees.
• Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the employee handbook.
• Supervise recruiting and employee relations while ensuring compliance, fairness, and consistency.
• Manage HR Administrators and HR Generalists.
• Develop departmental goals, systems, and process improvements.
• Serve as a resource to leaders on employee-related matters.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR issues.
• Handle employee counseling and workplace conflicts.
