Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• 2-3 years of experience operating and maintaining SCADA systems, preferably in renewable energy.
• Experience with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate SCADA systems in real time for renewable assets.
• Manage CMMS for maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Respond to alarms, faults, or outages and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with field technicians and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and generate regular performance reports.
