The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of welding experience in an industrial setting, with AWS Certification and the ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T notation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years welding experience in an industrial setting.
• AWS Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T notation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and weld using MIG/TIG for basic GTAW and GMAW joints.
• Assemble welded products such as exhaust assemblies, racks, and fixtures.
• Perform first-piece layouts and troubleshoot using CMM reports.
• Maintain accurate job documentation for production runs.
• Load and run robot welder and perform repairs as needed.
• Investigate and correct issues found during builds or inspections.
• Ensure products meet requirements per CMM reports, blueprints, and AWS specs.
