Fisher Barton is seeking a Specialty Weld Associate 1 for the 2nd shift at our Watertown, WI site. You will learn robotic welding, use calipers and height gauges, and follow safety and quality procedures to produce assemblies.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently, with opportunities to grow within the company’s 3C culture and manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills to analyze information and measuring equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Fisher Barton safety and quality procedures and ethics.
• Produce assemblies of metal work pieces to quality and efficiency standards.
• Read control plans and prints to determine specs and part placement.
• Accurately complete required functions to ensure quality products.
• Safely perform finishing functions such as grinding and sanding.
• Perform operator maintenance and 5S housekeeping.
