Fisher Barton is hiring a General Manufacturing Associate in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. This entry-level role offers exposure to production areas including packing, warehousing, straightening, broaching, facilities, and grit blasting.

Join a team focused on Customer Excellence, fairness, and community involvement. You will learn and perform tasks across multiple production lines, with a 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 1:00am, Monday through Thursday, and overtime on Fridays as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce, inspect, or package product following work instructions.
• Ensure materials are labeled and packaged properly.
• Accurately complete daily production and quality paperwork.
• Enter data into the computer systems on time.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of working areas.
• May operate forklift and/or overhead crane to safely move materials.
