Job summary

Fisher Barton Inc. in Watertown, WI is hiring General Manufacturing Associate 1 for the 2nd shift (Straightening). You will learn production across multiple areas such as packaging, warehouse, and straightening, contributing to Customer Excellence and community involvement.

Responsibilities include producing and inspecting products per work instructions, maintaining labels and paperwork, and data entry. A pathway to growth within manufacturing is provided.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce, inspect, or package product following work instructions.
• Ensure materials are labeled and packaged properly.
• Accurately complete daily production and quality paperwork.
• Enter data into the computer systems on time.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of working areas.
• May operate forklift and/or overhead crane to safely move materials.
• Warehousing/Packaging Associates may also use lifting equipment to load and unload materials and/or pallets.
