Job summary

Fisher Barton in Sun Prairie, WI is hiring a General Manufacturing Associate I for the 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:00am) to learn production areas including packaging, warehousing, and equipment operation. Join a team focused on customer excellence and community involvement, with safe, practical hands-on training.

You will perform quality checks, document production data, assist with maintenance, and may operate forklift or crane.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce, inspect, or package product following work instructions.
• Ensure materials are labeled and packaged properly.
• Accurately complete daily production and quality paperwork.
• Enter data into the computer systems on time.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of working areas.
• May operate forklift and/or overhead crane to safely move materials.
