Job summary

Nimble is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, highly automated environment. You will oversee production, schedule shifts, supervise hourly staff, and drive safety and efficiency while partnering with leaders to optimize labor and processes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in automated warehouse settings, strong communication, and familiarity with WMS/OSHA standards. Nimble offers equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, highly automated, e-commerce environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Dedicated, hardworking and quick learner.
• Good communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production for Nimble’s operations.
• Communicate effectively with team to support facility production goals on an hourly basis.
• Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules and assignments to assure effective operations.
• Supervises all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure they are correct and carried out in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates the maintenance of equipment with management.
• Drafts and submits daily end of shift report.
• Manages and supervises a fleet of warehouse robots.
• Provides feedback, coaching, and recognition to enhance personnel’s skill development.
