Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Robotic Technician to operate, monitor, and support multiple automated manufacturing cells, including robotic assembly, anodize automation, scan box inspection, and future robotic systems. You'll ensure stable day-to-day operations, maintain equipment health, and support material flow on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with engineering, production leads, and other technicians to maintain safe, efficient operations and drive production efficiency, quality, and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience operating industrial robots (Kuka, ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa) or automated equipment.
• Strong understanding of robotic operation and basic automation troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support daily production across multiple automated cells.
• Maintain proper flow of parts through automated cells and assist with routine maintenance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic robotic, mechanical, and electrical issues to reduce downtime.
