Flexible Metal, a Hyspan Company, Tucker, GA, seeks a Robot Tech to program, troubleshoot, and operate robotic cells on a full-time basis. The role maintains quality, performs routine robot maintenance, and trains operators on cell requirements.

You should have robotics or manufacturing experience, plus robot programming skills and MIG welding capability. The company offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Robotics, manufacturing, or automotive experience preferred.
• OTC, Motoman, or Fanuc robot training is a plus.
• Strong robot programming, troubleshooting, and MIG welding skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot, modify, and operate robotic cells.
• Train Machine Operators on cell operation requirements.
• Operate production robot cells and meet quality goals.
• Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems.
• Install, write, adjust, and optimize robot programs for efficiency.
• Maintain records for robotic equipment and tooling.
