Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years with robotic systems including FANUC, OTC Daihen, Nachi, and Yaskawa Motoman.
• Proven capability programming multi-axis robotic material-handling applications.
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability.
• CAD/CAM experience; understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical controls is a plus.
• Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and respond to call-ins as needed.
• Technical diploma or associate degree in robotics automation.
• Comfort reading blueprints, prints, and check sheets.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and adjust machine-tending robots for precise load/unload into CNC machines and robotic welding cells.
• Monitor automation health and implement improvements that boost reliability and productivity.
• Troubleshoot robots, controllers, and integrated systems to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Set up, calibrate, and test robotic arms, sensors, and end-of-arm tooling.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to sustain peak performance.
