WILBERT INC is seeking a Robotic Cell Technician to contribute to fixture design, fixture programming, and maintenance across robotic cells. The role involves assisting with equipment sourcing, developing work cell layouts, and establishing production standards.

The position requires training personnel, maintaining robotic systems and PLCs, and performing root-cause analysis to drive efficiency while maintaining safety in a manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• Experience with robotic cells and fixtures design
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide input for fixture design on new and existing programs.
• Assist with the sourcing of equipment, parts, supplies, and technical support
• Develop and maintain the layout of work cells
• Establish production/process standards
• Establish and monitor maintenance schedules
• Write and update work instructions for robotic cells
• Train personnel on equipment and processes
• Maintain robots, mechanical or electronic equipment, and PLCs
• Analyze robotic problems and help with root cause analysis
• Provide feedback for long-term machine use/efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements for safety and productivity
• Safely use forklifts and other equipment
• Observe safety rules and maintain a clean work area
